I was really surprised you didn't know about that. Just remember - if the store that you want to make online purchase at doesn't have a physical store in the state where you live, you don't need to pay sales tax. That is the way things are now unless Congress decides to change it. DC doesn't have many stores - department, chain or retail stores - so...happy online shopping! Saving $57.50 on a $1000 bag doesn't seem much but in the long run it adds up!
I was ALWAYS told, before LV allowed online shopping that if your shipping address was within a certain mile distance from a store, you had to pay taxes. We have quite a few locations in the DMV (as you know) that are close to my home. 😊

I'm up for a meet up. We just need to pick a location and shoot out some date. I purchases 2 bags this month so I'm restricting myself to bandeau a only. Lol.
