Yea, I think we're all getting the 'wheel of fortune' shipping date. If you don't like the date it has on there right now, give it a few hours and it will be changed.This is crazy! My order history shows my order date as May 3 even though I ordered today (May 4). My items are backordered with the estimated ship date changing from May 1 to May 15 to back to May 1, wonder what it will say tomorrow!This Coach collection is truly in a dark fairytale!!
One of my items has an estimated ship date of June. If this is indeed true, how will this work with returns? I may have overordered so I could decide what I *really* want to keep once I see everything in person. The Coach website states returns are permitted within 30 days of purchase - but it seems absurd to not permit returns if they don't even ship out the item in that timeframe.
I think with backordered items you would have 30 days from shipping date or even delivery date? I ordered a lot as well with several different backorder dates. Coach CS is typically great so I wouldn't worry much.
I have an SA that will even let me return after 30 days. I always make sure I end up exchanging for something else though so I don't mess with their sales numbers.
I feel like the 1st run of Peanuts and Mickey Mouse sold out ridiculously fast. Is it going slower this round because it hasn't been officially launched yet?
I wonder how many people know this stuff is available on the site? Also there are SO many items to choose from that might keep everything from selling out quickly.
If not for tpf I never would have known it went live last night. I guess I'm just hoping most of it doesn't hit the outlet at 60% off in 8 months lol. Its always such a game with Coach.
Coach works in weird ways. Conspiracy theory here - maybe they did something to limit your account after they sent you those 2 beat up bags from the FOS and you had to call a million times to get it remedied - you know they can be spiteful by banning people even though they are the ones who messed up...
Anyway, twins on the spooky eyes! Can't wait to see it in person!
I'm just glad I could get my Grumpy and Sleepy bag charms! I am looking forward to the smaller purple Rogue, which has no floral embellishment, as I am only now discovering just how heavy the Tea Rose Rogue in regular size can be. (I have taken out my Melon Tea Rose for a spin-- what a beauty!) This smaller Rogue is a stand out due to its intensely deep and pretty color.
You know what? I still don't have a refund for the bag that I didn't get a replacement for. I will have to call yet again.
It's a damn good thing that Coach actually makes great products. I mean, I'm a customer that will pay full price for something I want. If they are screwing around with accounts based on "troublesome" customer service calls, I should really just say good riddance and shop elsewhere.
Weird?! The items are still showing up for me, but many now say sold out - the scarves, hoodies and stickers. I got an email that the keycharm won’t mail until June 12. So tempted to get more of the collection!

One of the t-shirts that I wanted was saying "sold out" last night, but it was in stock this morning. I was able to order it!
