Yeah it’s a very nice heavy canvas. Holds a lot too.

I do not know why these (the spooky eyes pouch with the wristlet strap) are only shipping from stores. I received mine today and it did not have the little skull charm. So it is going back. It appears to be a manufacturing defect- correct me if I am wrong- but the charm seems to be fixed on the D-ring. If someone tampered with the pouch in the store, I would expect there to be damage because the ring would have to be pried off. The D-ring is flawless.

I was so disappointed that I felt like just asking for a refund since who knows if the replacement will have issues. I let CS talk me into trying again but it won't take much for me just to return it.

This may be a heads' up to check your items carefully for flaws/not as described/missing parts.

On a much more positive note- my 23 backpack from NM arrived in pristine, straight from the manufacturer condition with oodles of packing material all over the hardware which I totally love!

Oh no! I'm so sorry your charm was missing. Honestly, I really wanted this pouch 90% because of the charm! For what it is, it's a bit too pricey to not be absolutely perfect.

I really wouldn't be shocked if someone had tampered with it. You can maneuver those rings pretty flawlessly if you're careful. Such a shame. I hope you'll give it another chance because it is such a unique and beautiful piece. I'd completely understand if you just returned it though. Sometimes these little problems are enough to take the magic away from something new. [emoji53]

It is always risky ordering online or over the phone- I would say 95% of the time items arrive as expected. But I always get a little nervous something like this will happen esp. when it is opened and possibly on display. I do not understand why this item does not ship from JAX. I could see this happening on a sale item or something that was shop-worn but this is obviously brand new.

The replacement is supposed to ship as soon as I drop off the defective one tomorrow at UPS. Now I am really tempted to not deal with this at all.

I've added a photo of the things I got. I can't resist showing off like everyone else haha!
I've noticed that the red of the apple is very saturated and bright on my snow white fob and wallet, but the regular fob paler in comparison. I checked the charms at the store and they were all like this. Printer difference maybe...

I'm also screaming over the little blue poison apple charm. When I noticed the little silver bow/stem on the top I know I had to have at least one thing with it. The detail is so amazing!

Also... a lot of stuff is showing as sold out at the Canadian site already. I'm so surprised! I'm glad I got my SA to hold these for me on the first day of release.

I also wanted to get the spooky eyes dylan but they said that its long gone.
Any one here have one that can post pictures? I want to marvel at its beauty...

And what do you all think of the dylan mini? Its super cute but oh so small... I want it because it's adorable, but it's not the most practical thing in the world. If my SA can track one down for me, should I take the plunge? With all the talk of practicality here, I dont know what to do!

Love everything about these!!! I want to get that card holder or zip around wallet but I have to restrain myself haha I am banned for now. Enjoy!
