I called CS today to ask about my order of the Spooky duffle. The order shows a shipping date of May 17th. The CS said they have not received the shipments of this duffle but it is expected by the 17th and since I pre-ordered, my order will be one of the first to be fulfilled (?). Maybe there’s a different story to each particular item? I guess we will have to wait to see how this all unfolds.

I wonder why Neiman Marcus is getting their stuff so late, I think everything has a date of June 22nd. It makes me nervous my NM orders will end up canceled and it will be sold out through Coach by then. I got a great deal at NM though with no sales tax, 10% coupon, 15% e-bates, plus earned a decent sized gift card.
They shouldn’t let customers pre sale unless they plan on fulfilling those orders first. It’s bad business. I’m hoping everyone gets their items!
For real!! When I called about the main item I wanted the SA said there were only 74 in JAX. So I said the chances of my order being fulfilled even if I placed it a week ago? And she said to call a store to be safe and told me which store had the item in stock. Mind you I don't know if my particular item is one that many people want but I'd rather not risk it.
I agree! I ordered 90% of my stuff within the first hour it was put on the site. Hoping I get everything.
Lucky you! I just checked my 7 orders and they are all still backorder, 17th, or the 27th.
It would seem that they would have to hold stock for the NM customers? Those stores would probably refuse to sell Coach products if that’s how Coach operates. So frustrating that customers get different answers from Coach CS
I sure hope so. I got nervous when everything I ordered from them vanished online within an hour. But I noticed yesterday they are back on NM for preorder.
NM (and most department stores) tend to set their pre-order dates far in the future and then ship early. I don't know why, but that's been my experience!
Once again all of my orders can't be found on the site except for 1. Hopefully it means they will be switching to processing soon.
If you do end up buying it, please do a reveal so I can live vicariously through you.

Um, that reminds me, I have been eyeing the yellow guitar strap because bluebird, but I don’t have any bag that goes with it. Hopefully it will look good on my Etsy bags.
I wish I could take credit for adding the strap. The strap is included! It has several holes and it looks and acts just like a regular belt with a large clip to attach and detach it to the bag on each end. You can make it longer if you want to wear it crossbody or on the hip or the tush and then adjust the belt shorter to wear it higher up on the waist. Looks like there is a bit more room to add even more holes too.
I hope they sell straps like this separately. I'd rather buy a strap with lots of different length options than the crossbody straps that are available now.
Thanks for posting this! I was checking Selfridges but gave up last week. Brilliant - they've quite a lot and can ship for delivery to UK tomorrow and worldwide delivery too. So I'm off to call my nearest Coach and then if I can't get what I want asap, i can use Selfridges for this one. But maybe I should wait till full Coach release tomorrow....hmmmm....but I love the green with the peach/pink interior and if its not on Coach US then maybe it won'r b in the UK too. All very exciting keeping up and looking forward. The matching Sneezy strap for the army green dinky would be ace too so lets hope that comes is available here too. Thanks again for the intel.
