Also forgot to mention that Isabella Company ( isabellacompany.com ) is the US distributor for GD.

I emailed asking for info and a lady named Marta got back to me asking where I lived etc, so she could locate a boutique. When I emailed her back the info, I never heard another word? That's when I contacted the boutique in Redondo Beach. I read on another blog about someone buying their's there.

LOVE these bags! I have it in black and I bought my sister one in brown. The leather is just lovely. Also, the bag's official name is "Drape", not the Charlotte.

For those of you looking for the bags...check out small boutiques that sell high end, European clothing, especially the ones that sell Gerard Darel clothing. Also ask the SA if they can order the bags from their supplier.

I wanted this bag so bad, but not sure where to go anymore to get it. I tried to call the belisimo but i haven't gotten their respond from them yet. Esiders, do you know any other place where I can get this bag? Thanks!

Here are the places that had the bags over the summer. I bought one bag from Hamrah’s and one from Deborah Gilbert Smith. All stores were planning to restock the bags because they only received one or two from the Darel supplier. Good luck!

the bag is called charlotte beacuse it was designed for charlotte gainboroug.
the drapè is different.
some days ago i pased in front of the shop and they had it in white, dark brown, light brown, green and i couldn't see other colours beacuse i was in a hurry and i couldn't step in.

Greenie, how is the inside of the bag? Can you zip close the bag all the way or is just a magnetic closure? Does it have cell phone pocket or other pockets? Thx.

The black has black cloth interior, mag closure, no cell phone pkt, but has a big zipper section. Love this bag!
