Glad to hear he’s stable this morning, sounds like he’s an amazing person.
Our whole city is distraught over this horrific incident and praying that he makes a full recovery! Last year was not kind to Buffalo and this was a rough note to start on.
Hubby watched and let out a huge yelping scream from the den when this happened. So happy it seems they revived him in time and he will make a good recovery.

I’m a lifelong football fan and there are no words to describe how I feel. My thoughts and prayers to Damar, who appears to be great person on and off the field. And of course, I can’t forget his family, loved ones, and team. And also to Tee Higgins.
He went without breathing a long time, hypoxia. God willing there's a miracle, he will probably have a significant brain injury.

As horrible as this must have been for his poor mom, I am glad that she was there so that she could go with him to the hospital. It would be scary to wake up in a hospital far from home with only strangers around him. Poor kid - what a terrifying thing.

It sounds like the most freakish of injuries. The hit to his chest that he took while tackling stopped his heart.
They artificially resuscitated, intubated and provided oxygen on the field.
Yes, he was still without oxygen a long time. I'm just saying what is likely, I hope he recovers 100%.
