This young man has a phenomenal attitude. He told his teammates this experience would make him stronger! No whining, no pity party asking “why me.” no blaming, instead full on appreciation and thanks.
I am really happy to hear he is getting better. I love his positive attitude and I love the way the people in the NFL and beyond came together for him and supported him….

Damar Hamlin was discharged from a Buffalo hospital on Wednesday, nearly nine days after collapsing on the field because of cardiac arrest in the Bills' game against the Bengals.
More really great news about his miraculous recovery. Apparently he met with teammates this afternoon. So awesome!

We have so very few positive role models among athletes and celebrities, but Damar is magnificent! Listening to this also makes it that much more apparent that his recovery has been miraculous. Just wow!
