Have had some great customer service from Mulberry Edinburgh this week!
Have been after the 2008 page-a-day inserts for agenda and nowhere in Leeds had them. HoF tried ordering them in for me to no avail. The SA said she'd ring round some other stores and see. Edinburgh had some hurrah! So the lovely SA said [seeing as its only inserts and not particularly heavy/valuable] that she'd go buy a jiffy bag and pop them to the post office for me instead of me having to pay an extortionate courier fee for some paper!
They arrived yesterday and I only ended up having to pay £1-something for delivery :o) It was really lovely that they didn't mind going out of their way a little bit to help!
