My Clementine arrived today and she is beautiful - lovely leather and I am so happy with the colour! However, I did notice 2 small white spots on the glazing in the back (please see photos). No rough spots, peeling on the glazing - in fact it is very smooth through out. It just seems those two spots were missed? I’d hate to send her back across the sea ( I’m in western Canada) for this small thing considering the price point and the otherwise excellent quality, so I thought I’d ask you lovely purse loving experts - is there anything I can do?

Sadly, I doubt if there is anything you yourself can do about the spots. Even if you were able to get hold of identical coloured glazing/edge paint, with same degree of shine as on your bag, there would be no guarantee that the added glazing/edge paint would not loosen.

Go to an art store that sells pens and find a match - I would gladly color those white spots in to make them disappear. That is a beautiful bag. Might even take a soapy towel and see if the white marks come off.

Thanks so much for your responses. I ended up contacting The Horse Customer Service and they replied quickly. Apparently, the white cardboard rubbed off onto the edge of the bag, and so, they advised me to wipe it with a damp cloth or makeup wipe and it worked! I just wanted to provide an update in case someone else is considering ordering the bag. Thanks again, PF members are awesome!

So glad to hear a happy and easy resolution! And that the customer service was helpful. Thanks for the update.

I wasn't sure where to post this bag but this thread made the most sense. I first posted about it in the Row thread because it's so similar looks wise to the Margaux bag (here:https://forum.purseblog.com/threads/the-row-handbag-line.687882/page-63 ). It's from COS and it's currently sold out. It's chocolate brown suede and it's huge! The website stated it's 15" wide but they must've measured the top but I always measure from the widest point which is the bottom. It's 20"!! 🤯. The straps fit over the shoulder. Super slouchy so if I keep it (still debating) it'll need an organizer to hold it upright. First pics are indoors which are more accurate in color. What do you think?? Keep?? I used a 20% off code so it ended up being under $272 with the shipping.

can I ask you, did they send you a shipped notification or tracking info? I pre ordered taupe so I don't have any idea when I'll get it. Thanks!

Has anybody bought from Binshushu / Wuhe Leather? His bags look luscious on instagram and I'm tempted to try. However, I've had a very disappointing experience so far with alot of the bags bought (APC, Fleuron, Moreau). It's not a case of quality issues (though I do think Fleuron's quality is overhyped) but more style / design preferences, and I want much nicer leather than APC and Fleuron and don't mind spending more.

Moreau's leather is very, very nice, but no styles that I want. BSS / Wuhe has a few styles that I've been eyeing.
