Crystal clutch seen on Gossip Girl - Help!

Can anyone identify a crystal clutch seen in the last episode of Gossip Girl? I KNOW I've seen it somewhere, because that clasp with three crystals makes ring a bell in my head, but I really don't know where. Can you help me?

I had the same idea, but I've looked for it and apparently it's not by Judith Leiber.

I don't think it's that one. Lily's has a different clasp and shape.
