My buyer smailynn sent me the following message:

Hello,
I received the suit today and I am sad that there are red marker marks on the jacket. This was not in the discription. Please advise on how to return.
Thank you,

This was my response...
You waited seven days to make a payment. I do not remember this item having any flaws. Where are the marker stains located? I am posting a copy of your message on the Clothing Shoes Board.

Can you send me a picture of the red marker marks? My email address is xxxxxxx
Once I receive the pictures, I will send you my address to have the item returned.

She sent a claim through ebay and they found in her favor. She is a criminal who has stolen babies from Vietnam.

How do you know that your buyer is the same person as the woman in the news stories that you posted? Have you confirmed the shipping address that you shipped to with an actual court or police record (those are publicly available online)?

Putting that aside, I"m not sure what the point of your post is. You said that the buyer already filed a claim with ebay and ebay found in her favor. Have you appealed the case? Do you have photos of the item without the red marker marks and have you submitted those to ebay?

When I was on the phone with ebay, they told me that they would decide in her favor and if I get it back with red marks to call them to appeal or say that buyer did a faulty return.
