Crease in Lambskin Bal Bag

Hi! I recently purchased a Balenciaga Bazar XXS and it’s final sale.. however when it arrived from the boutique it had a huge dent/crease on one side. Most likely from being in the warehouse or something. Does anyone know how I can fix this? It’s not a huge deal it I can’t but if anyone has ideas I’d love to hear!

Hi there! Not sure if you’ve fixed your problem already, but I would suggest stuffing the bag until the dent isn’t there and can’t form, and then leave it in a warmer room or area for a week or so give or take depending on how strong the crease is.
A lot of my bags do a lot of sitting on display shelves and some of the bal bags I’ve bought pre-loved had some creases in certain spots i wasn’t fond of, and just correcting the crease and letting them sit for some time seems to fix the problem for me.
