If you do complete the transaction make sure to take LOTS of pictures of the item...every last detail because I would not be surprised if she did something to this item once she gets it. There are so many nuts out there!

I used to be in sales for a career a while back, and the bosses always talked about the "80/ 20 rule" haha. 20 percent of people will cause 80 percent of your problems. They said try to avoid that 20 percent of losers... they'll talk down your price, waste your time, and bug you to death, cause problems with the transaction, etc.
