Something very odd has happened and I dont know if this is the thread to bring it to.. if not, I apologise.. I had bought the Outremer Part Time from Fashionphile, and then got a mail from them saying they had confirmed my order but would I get my Paypal account verified before they shipped it out. I did so and informed them. They then said it was not showing as verified and asked me to forward the mail from Paypal confirming the verification. I did that too, after which they stopped responding to my mails. I finally mailed them through ebay where I had made the purchase through, and got a message saying my bag would be shipped. Then, today I got a mail from ebay saying the seller had cancelled my order and refunded my money! I also got mail from Paypal saying it had been refunded. I am quite bewildered, what just happened?? Any ideas? Advice?

Have you tried called them? I've had a very positive experience with them. I ended up returning the bag because it was too dry, but they had no objections and refunded promptly.

Thanks for your response Lakotan. I will try calling them, but will have to call late night my time to be able to call in their working hours:)
I'm surprised at no reply to my mails though..
Oh well.. mean time, I guess I've lost the Outremer :sad:

Don't worry. Outremer is hard to get but it will show up again.

I lost bid on an Amethyst City and a couple months later I found a Magenta City. Even better. :smile1:

By the way, I did call them and they were very polite but insisted my paypal wasnt showing as verified and thats why they had cancelled. So, that's that.
Buuut... in the mean time, I found a Poupre city GSH!! in what looks like pretty great shape so.. lose some, win some:happydance:

Congrats! My Cumin City is one of my most used Bal. The color is just so versatile and it doesn't get dirty easily. It really is a caramel-colored bag with a slight yellow undertone.
