I bought a highly sought-after bag from ebay but it is stuck in the USPS limbo. 
It was shipped on Oct 8 but the status remains the same (at shipper's sort facility) for > 10 days. I am still waiting for a call from USPS to update me about the status.

Oh no! Sometimes it is USPS's fault because their system is terrible and does not always update. This has happened to me many times and then I will get a delivery notice saying there was a delivery attempt, even though the website shows no movement. Hope you get your package soon! Can't wait to hear what you got.

Uh, this happened to me about two months ago. Shipping from Australia and my parcel was stuck at the Australian sorting facility, also for 10 days. Seller contacted them and instantly, it moved.
It then was stuck at Danish customs for 8 days ... that was fun
