I got my Cyclade PT today and I was so excited... until I saw it had ballpoint pen marks in 3 different spots :(
The seller had 100% feedback but she didn't mention these stains and hid them in the pictures. I just emailed her, I'm hoping we can resolve this with a partial refund so I can afford to get my baby all cleaned up. I'm so nervous and heartbroken over this, sorry for venting!

We haven't had sun so you'll have to wait a bit for the pics, but you did guess right on the first bag: the incredible Flat Brass Hobo from the ever lovely Corey!

I really wanted a black, but also wanted something silky soft and went for the S/S Chocolate... French75 convinced me that this is a perfect summer bag so the colour is probably perfect.

I am so in love with it, though, that I know think I want an olive, caramel, and, of course, the black! It is truly amazing that you can put a load in it and yet it never looks bulky or stuffed :cloud9:

(As for the jacket, you could shove all your stuff if you had mine! It's an older Rick Owens men's model with the most glorious, deep pockets ever. Not nearly as stylish as his women's jackets, not the Bals, but you can seriously fit the kitchen sink in there :p )

I'm sorry this happened to you. Do sellers think buyers are stupid, that they won't notice ball point pen marks? Please don't accept a partial refund as pen marks don't come out easily without the risk of damage. You should open a dispute with paypal while you try to work things out with the seller for a full return. She was deceitful, so don't let her bully you into thinking you are in the wrong if she tries that approach.

Congratulations. The s/s flat brass hobos are the best. It took me a while to finally get one, mainly because they don't come up for sale very often and when they do they are so expensive. Oh but it's worth it, I adore my fbh, it's one of my most used bags. As you say, it sits so nicely against the body and drapes so beautifully. And the leather is so soft ... i could go on. Big congratulations and please post some pictures of your beauty when you can.
