I need some opinions. I bought this lovely Coach Kimberly Carryall a few months ago. I love it and it is beautiful. I am just concerned I may be too old for this bright color. I am barely eligible to join this thread without actually stating my age. What do you think?View attachment 2883365

This is a beautiful bag and the color is fabulous so I hope you will wear it! i don't understand the age thing and color. Ignore the stupidity and go for it! My daughter just bought a pink bag for me so apparently a 20 something thinks it's fine!

Finally got out and about...the roads are still bad. In front of Town Hall, Hyannis. (circa 1897)
Helmut Lang bomber jacket, MG bucket with Buster charm, Old Navy leggings and UGGS.
Comfortable!!!
You look warm and comfy, SQ... and the MG is a great sassy touch to the outfit! Did you have to "winterize" it at all, or is the leather tough enough to withstand moisture?

Exactly, Izzy! I think it's all a question of assembling the right outfit. There's nothing whatsoever wrong with a pink bag... it's how the bag is worn that makes all the difference. A twenty-something could wear a pink bag with a pink & white striped tank top and a pink miniskirt. A fifty-something? Not so much. (Then again, I don't know too many fifty-somethings who could carry off a tank top and a miniskirt under any circumstances!):p

At my age, hot pink is a single pop of color against the (mostly) neutrals in my wardrobe. It's fun, it's a bit frivolous, and as long as the rest of my outfit is fairly subdued, I believe I can carry it off.

Thanks for your help. I appreciate it. My husband basically tells me the same thing.

Yes you can do bright colors - lovely berry color.!

I love all those pockets, cilifene! So convenient as a work bag.

Exactly ;)

I'm the oldest member of this thread (I think;)) and I just bought this Mulberry bag because the color makes me happy. I have received nothing but compliments since I've started carrying it. I say go for it!
