You look warm and comfy, SQ... and the MG is a great sassy touch to the outfit! Did you have to "winterize" it at all, or is the leather tough enough to withstand moisture?

Exactly, Izzy! I think it's all a question of assembling the right outfit. There's nothing whatsoever wrong with a pink bag... it's how the bag is worn that makes all the difference. A twenty-something could wear a pink bag with a pink & white striped tank top and a pink miniskirt. A fifty-something? Not so much. (Then again, I don't know too many fifty-somethings who could carry off a tank top and a miniskirt under any circumstances!)
At my age, hot pink is a single pop of color against the (mostly) neutrals in my wardrobe. It's fun, it's a bit frivolous, and as long as the rest of my outfit is fairly subdued, I believe I can carry it off.
