Combining Invoices on Ebay

Hey Ladies I tried to search for a thread on this but I couldnt find one. I want to know if I can combine an invoice for someone who purchased two of my bags? Can that be done and how do I do it. If not and I tell someone I will combine shipping> which I will, do I just lower the shipping price on one of the invoices. Thank you as usuall for all your great HELP!

all i know is that the invoice must be revised...coz ive purchased some multiple items from sellers and they usually just send me a revised invoice
