Color transfer on coach heritage stripe tattersall tote

Sorry to hear about the color transfer issue on your Coach Heritage Stripe Tattersall Tote. I thought coated canvas was resistant to that. Would this be a defect with the material? I thought Coach covers this under their guarantee? I am so bummed about this...

I think coated canvas is almost like patent leather. I know that patent leather when color transfer sets in, it's pretty much a done deal. If it's caught when it just happened, there's a chance but after that....

I don't think magic eraser would work as wouldn't it strip off the coating? Sorry to hear about that.
