Am so bummed about my Coco Chanel....i have had it for about 6 months and used it only for a little bit (with a lot of care) and the corners are already showing wear :sad: so disappointed with the quality. I was thinking about purchasing another Chanel bag but don't think i will given this quality issue...

Correct . The small will be in green , pink, white and black. The mini in burgundy , dark grey , light pink and black.

Seriously, lucky you , whereever you are , you seem to be in a place raining with coco handle , it's like this bag can be bought anytime any where. Where I am , it's totally drought of chanel bag designs! have to resort to resellers to buy at highly marked up prices shessh

Wow! Thats a gorgeous Pink!!! May I know what code of pink is it? Coz Chanel has a whole range of pink codes with varying shades. Yours look amazing

I think the small size ( two and half diamond quilts on each side of the bag of the CC turnlock ie. total 6 diamond quilts horizontally across the frontal flap of the bag) is the optimum size. I mean with a smaller bag that is sufficient to carry most of your essentials like mobile, wallet, sanitizer , min pouchette means lesser weight to carry around. Moreover i think you wouldnt want to stuff too many things in it to cause the middle section of the bag to weaken and then to sag eventually. Coco bags are not meant for heavy content and the base may certainly sag in long term with a larger content size. just my two cents My two coco are small and another a mini (this one cant fit a mobile)

I hope this sc ruffing issue has been brought to Chanel's attention from where you are at. I brought my Feb 2022 black small to the boutique for servicing , and i havent even worn it yet. The bag merely went in and out of the dust bag several times and the corners got scruffed by the rough dust bag material. So best to leave the bag out of the dust bag.

When I talked to an SA about it, she said it was normal wear and tear and that 'of course' corners are the first to show wear. I didn't end up buying given it was obvious on the beige coco, but a few SAs told me this is something they can't / won't fix.

So, super interested to see how they service yours. I guess black is easier to fix because they can mask the scuff with a touch-up to color the corner.

My dear I'm glad you like my bag, thank you .... unfortunately I don't have the color code, because there was no tag with it .... what I can tell you is that it is the January release and it is ul color pink / coral in caviar which I find fantastic. Good luck in the decision. I am in Italy, my boutique is the one in Venice. ❤️

I have been trying to get the Chanel coco handle small(old mini) in black with the leather lining 22A finally an SA from out of state received 1 and he sent it to me right away - received yesterday and COULD NOT BELIEVE WHEN I WENT TO CHECK THE INSIDE THE CC LOCK FELL OFF AND THE BACK PLATE WAS LAYING IN THE BAG - NO SCREWS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I told him to check the bag for me apparently he never opened it!!!! SO DISAPPOINTED HOW DID CHANEL EVER SEND THIS BAG OUT!!!!!!!!! Now I find there are not any left anywhere

OMG that is so ridiculous.. I hope your SA can find you a new one! I find that 22A there have been a lot of small black Coco handles available; both my mum and I were able to grab one this time around.

I must admit though I was quite disappointed in the luxe shopping experience.. after spending well over $10k on these two bags.. my boutique was out of boxes. It was launch week and my SA was busy.. but she basically just threw each bag in the dust bag and into a paper bag. I got home and realized there was absolutely no tissue wrapping it, no felt liner, nothing! Ugh.
