I just got bit by the coco handle bug HARD and out of nowhere! Thinking about the middle sized one for my first (I.e the one larger than the extra mini).
I’m tall (5’9) and from what I understand, the strap on these bags is on the shorter side. Does anyone have any suggestions of where to get something that could extend the length? I’m not stressed about needing to wear it crossbody but wouldn’t want the strap to look abnormally short even on the shoulder.
This is so pretty, I love it! I just purchased and waiting for my coco handle 21P in the mini/small. I KNOW the strap will be too short for me to wear crossbody on me (a must for me). In fact most bags are too short for me to wear CB so I always get purse extender chains. I'll link a few below from amazon. And since the coco strap is already detachable, it is VERY DOABLE to extend the length of your strap on your own. OR you can send to Leather Surgeons for straps that aren't detachable like the classic flaps. I've done this and they do a great job. I do love this pretty way of extending using a twilly - how elegant, goes perfect with coco style. No I need to buy one!

I love the mini size(24cm) now called small, it’s cute and feel more appropriate for my size. The medium though fits a lot and nice handheld IMO. Love both

I try not to sling it in anyway... I just have this fear that the hardware might snap due to the design of the strap hook loop... if the bag gets too heavy...
Hi ladies, does anyone have the medium cocohandle in the new brown / caramel colour? I’ve seen the small and they are super cute but hard to get hold of. I’ve been put on wishlist for the medium - for those who have the medium - would you recommend it? Or would it look better in darker colours? Appreciate your input!
I made my own extender since I don’t like the one in Etsy. And I just attached it on the right side so the original strap will still show in front. The lghw matches it so it looks perfect as CB now.

Hi! I have two mediums (previously called small). One is black and the other is green. I love both of them and cannot use the small (previously called mini). I find it too small inside, especially with the divider. I really hate that divider in the Coco Handle because it takes up so much usable space. The small/mini is also "cute", and cute is not really my look. I think the medium/small looks more elegant which is more me, so it depends on what look you want.
On your color question...
If you love the caramel color and can use that color, then go for it. I know it's an It color now, but I have a caramel caviar bag that I rarely ever use. I bought it thinking it was such a neutral and I can use it year round. For a neutral, I use my beige claire much more. That said, I think this season the medium only comes in caramel/brown I think is the official color name), navy and black. Of the three, for me, I would get black. I honestly find it very hard to use my caramel bag, but I wear a lot of black in the winter, and for summer, I wear a lot of white and bright colors so caramel just does not work in the spring/summer for me. Think about what 5 outfits you would wear with that bag and if it fits your wardrobe. If it does and you love it, for sure, I would get the caramel in medium. Medium is a perfect size to me.

thank you for your input, very helpful indeed. Yes you’re right the small / mini size is quite well mini and the strap keeps falling off too I found. My friend has the old mini and she found it bit uncomfortable to use as cute as it is. That’s why I thought of opting for medium and as for the colour I currently have CF in black and mini square also in black so wanted to switch to non black. Hmm it interesting though thatyou’re finding it hard to pair the caramel bag.. food for thought for me. I am waitingfor someone to do unboxing of that coco on YouTube so I can see the bag from a buyers point of view too.

I find caramel to look really heavy in the summer with my bright and happy clothes. And in the winter, I'm a black outfit lady. I think caramel will work if you wear a lot of brown/beige/red, but those are definitely not colors in my wardrobe (I don't own a brown or beige item of clothing).
See if you can come up with 10 outfits that match caramel... you may love caramel and end up with 20 outfits you can wear it with.

I have both the Extra mini and mini/small and my iPhone 12 Mini fits in both but the IPhone 11 is a bit longer so while it will probably still fit, it would be a tighter fit and you would have to wiggle it in and out of the bag (especially the back compartment). The extra mini is so cute but the mini/small is definitely a better bang for your buck as it will fit even the larger iPhones with no problem in addition to all other essentials.
