Yes, I agree with you. Your SA is wrong. Coco Handles do not come come with leather lining. It is the opposite... all leather Coco Handles come with fabric lining, and the exotics come with leather lining. So for your SA to say, per my above reply, I think you have an exotic handle bag. Best is to not ask your SA as that person does not have in-depth Chanel knowledge and you cannot trust his information (perhaps he is a new sales person). Best is to go back to the store if you can to verify or just call Chanel customer service and give them your tag codes. And call another store to ask about prices for a regular CCH and one with exotic handle. That is another was to tell, based on the price you paid. The exotics are price slightly higher. I went to the chanel.com website (USA), and here is an example of what I mean. The Ref. number is the code, and the first set of codes is the style and size, then the rest is for leather type, color, etc.
