Upd: found it in Neutral on eBay for $7.90 with free shipping. I'll let you all know how it works!

Glad you found it! I know 'my' Tandy doesn't carry it. Really hope it works - please do report back!

I've been wondering if I could tint it with acrylic for non-Coach colored edgings - is that what the other folks did?

Whateve, thanks for the leather cement idea - filing that one away!

So, I found a Coach Slim Pouch and about thinking about giving it a bath this weekend. It's in excellent condition but I have heard that if the bag is treated that a bath might not be a good idea...I don't think the bag was treated with anything but how can you be sure?

Can I see more pictures? I've never seen this style before.

Sometimes older bags that are in lousy shape can disintegrate in the bath. It never happened to me. Once I had a bag I bathed end up with a mold attack but that might have been related to our power going out in the middle of the summer. I don't know if those mold spores were already in the bag. Your bag looks like it shouldn't have any problems.

Sure, these are better and I took them in better lighting. I love the color and can't wait to give her a bath. I have the Lexol cleaner and leather restorer along with the Blackrocks. Sorry for some reason w the iPad you can only load one photo at a time it seems.

Thank you! It's beautiful! Is it a nice size? How did you find one?

The color might deepen with a bath. Once I bought a bag that was a beautiful orange color - after the bath it was red. Sometimes when they are very dry, the color will look faded. The bath restores it to what it once was.

I hope it stays this colour or darkens slightly. I don't know what colors they made them in. I put it next to my Willis and they are large. The measurements are 10 inches long and 10 1/2 inches tall. I've been looking for them online and I located this one and also a brown one that Debi Nemetz has now and can hopefully rehab for me. The binding had a small tear and it needed a bit of TLC. Do you want photos of that one? I would have loved to have rehabbed that one but I think sending it to her was best. I wanted to purchase a black one from someone that was going to rehab it but she dropped off the face of the earth. I really want a black one! :graucho:

That bag is beautiful. I love it. While you never know how a bag will turn out and there is always a risk, I would dunk it. I think it will do fine. Please post your after pictures!

Thanks I am going to pickup some extra towels Saturday and dunk away. This is my not so beautiful (well right now) brown slim pouch which will be getting rehabbed also, but not by me.
