Has anyone used Leatherique products? I've just ordered some of their crack filler from a local car paint supplier. I'll post the results here after I've used it on my Twin Clutch. They also have leather cleaners, dyes and rejuvenators. Silicone and wax free. The brand was developed in the US in the 1960's for the Classic Car market.
Yes, I just commented about it about 5 or 6 posts ago. I only bought the rejuvenator. I know you are supposed to buy the cleaner too, but it was already so expensive. I am not impressed. You are supposed to put the rejuvenator on first and then follow it up with the cleaner. Since I didn't buy the cleaner, I used my owner leather cleaner, so I probably didn't give an accurate test. But since we already wash our bags first, we don't really need a cleaner. I don't notice any difference in the softness of the leather. All of my other products work better.

I thought I would post a few photos of my Chelsea Mineral Hobo after rejuvenation, in case anyone is interested in seeing the results. It was my first attempt at giving a bag a bath, but I think it turned out pretty well :) It feels so much cleaner! I probably took away some of the 'worn' quality of the natural leather with all of the conditioner I used, but it really helped blend the lighter and darker (dirtier) areas nicely. I couldn't remove the ink stains, but they're not nearly as noticeable as they were before.

It looks beautiful!

What conditioner did you use? And how many coats did you use? Do you mean faded or worn off color blended back in? Like if there was a light spot on place and a darker spot another? Plmk! Thanks

You did a great job! I think it looks fantastic. That is one of my favorite colors right now, too.

I did a couple of applications of Leather CPR while it was drying. After it was mostly dry I applied two coats of Blackrock's with a day or two of rest between each coat. At the end, I finished it off with an application of Obenauf's. I'm not an expert, and this was my first rehab project, so take my advice with a grain of salt. I just followed the steps that most of the experts on this board seemed to use. This particular leather is a more natural leather which is meant to look aged, so it has a lot of light and dark areas throughout. The conditioners just seemed to even out the color a little by making the contrast a little less noticeable.

Lovely. She looks really soft and glowy.

Thanks Whateve. Hopefully the filler is good. I'll give the other products a miss.

Finished a couple more this morning.

Basic Bag with glued-in serial number. She was very thirsty. Must have been the two month trip from Tunisia in an envelope!

Navy blue double sided kiss lock. It's so difficult to get a pic that does her justice. I didn't have the courage to dunk her so just Lots of conditioner and Black Rock to finish. The straps were really dry but now they are quite supple again.

This is what the leather looks like, sort of mottled. It is called "vintage leather."

Beautiful! Are you planning on using it?

Nice! Twins!

Thanks. I love the wine colour.

Thanks again.
I can't see myself using her. She feels too delicate for me and she really is too small. Maybe on a special occasion if I didn't need to have too much with me. I couldn't fit my wallet. I'll probably just admire her along with a few others! Do you use your ivory one?
