Finally got around to finishing some rehabs. Here's my mahogany Twin Clutch. I forgot to take photos of before except for here http://forum.purseblog.com/coach-clubhouse/coach-rehab-and-rescue-club-833400-47.html

One side has a scratch and a couple pin holes (that the seller 'didn't notice' these defects but he did give me a partial refund, note warning about this seller - azuremerekat - in previous posts http://forum.purseblog.com/coach-shopping/authenticate-this-coach-818914-505.html#post25653611)

I'm going to try to get some leather filler for the holes. There is some slight wrinkling on the flap without the holes that didn't smooth out, but generally I think she came up OK. I can never save more than one pic per post so will have to do it in two.
looks nice! I'll be looking forward to reading about your experiences with leather filler; I've never gotten around to trying it. Honestly, I can't get myself motivated lately to work on anything. My poor bags are being neglected.

I dunked my mahogany Basic Bag with glued-in serial number with minimal dye loss so she's hanging out to dry now. Can't wait to condition her!

Do I dunk my pre-serial red Watermelon tote? Any opinions greatly appreciated.

Also, my burgundy Sonoma Nubuc back pack arrived and she definitely needs cleaning. I think I've read here that it's OK to dunk nubuc?

Thanks coach943. It's been great fun. Love your blog.

Thanks Whateve. I'm not even sure where I can get it yet but if I can find some I'll post another 'after' pic. You have to be in the right mood don't you? I'm sure you'll get back into it.

Gorgeous bag...great rehab!

Side with pin holes and scratch

Good luck with the pin holes...let us know how you do it...still gorgeous!

Next one is a small Courier. Still not sure if she's putty or brown.

After. The strap straightened out nicely. Not a huge amount of difference but OK.

Well done!!! Can't wait to see what you do to the Sonoma...such a pretty color. I've never worked on nubuc, but know others here have...good luck!

2013 was a colorful year for me! I added navy, green and even pink leather and an assortment of colorful signature and patchwork bags to my collection! This little 1994 Casino Bag #9924 in bottle green was in amazing condition from Goodwill for well under $20. Before pics are here: http://forum.purseblog.com/coach-shopping/authenticate-this-coach-818914-564.html#post25804708

She really just needed a little reshaping and conditioning, so into the sink she went! Warm sudsy soak and toothbrush scrub with Dawn. I used Tarni-Shield on the brass hardware. (I like using it in the bath so I know I get it off the leather.) Good rinse and stuff. Leather CPR 2X while still a little damp, resting a day in between. Blackrocks 2X also with a rest. Buff with a horsehair blend brush and microfiber cloth and we’re done...and happy!

Looks good so far...And I agree about the stuffing!
I checked this morning and sheis almost completely dry on the outside! Should I add some leather CPR?! Also it looks like a little color fading (I don't know if it is just dry) around the bag. Some where it scrubbed! (I swear I did not scrub to hard!) will it come back with moisturizer? The bag does seem dry... Should I wait until it is completely dry? Thanks for you help!
