I have a neutral Plaza, the large one, that I am just unexcited about. It has a noticeable stain on the front that did not budge with dunking twice. I read a suggestion to use an enzymatic stain remover on it. I am now interested trying that along with saddle cleaning. I found this video on YT so you don’t need an app to watch it, like IG or TikTok.

It's a rehab weekend. Working on 5 bags at once. That ugly strap is a goner from the black bag. I sure love those Nomad hobos! That bag with the tea rose I got that for like $18. I'm going to fix it up and sell it.

Edited to say “trying that along with saddle soap cleaning”.

Omgosh loving the whipstitch Popppy and the Bleeker buckle bucket!
I'm always on the lookout for bargains! Both of these were. Poshmark! What I really like about Poshmark is the reasonable shipping costs, plus the "make an offer" option. The whipstitch was $22 and the buckle bucket was $20. (plus tax and shipping). Here's another whipstitch with matching wallet and dustbag for $110: https://poshmark.com/listing/Coach-...-Front-Flaps-Buckles-64beccb5c5df6c6595506beb (much better condition than mine). And here's one for $85 with the longer strap, too. https://poshmark.com/listing/Coach-...-Front-Flaps-Buckles-66c4d352c479b8ae74ca85dc Make 'em an offer!

Hopefully someone here can offer a suggestion. My Elderberry Sonoma Double Zip Nubuc 4941 has a tear on the loop sewn to the bag that also holds the strap. I have a local cobbler I've used a couple of times with mediocre results and I think this project is out of his realm of expertise. It would either need an entirely new piece of Nubuc to replace the torn piece to hold the ring or a "cut and pull tighter" type fix to be resewn. Also, because of the lining and the bag being a double zip, getting inside the lining to replace or repair the loop might be near impossible and a lot more expensive fix.

My current options seem to be: either donate or sell "as is" OR use a suitable glue product. Considering how much weight that loop has to support, would the right glue product even do the trick? Or would glue/cement be too visible?

Thanks for any input!
