Your bag is gorgeous! I have rehabbed several of the vintage Italian
Coach Bags and some of them just needed surface cleaning while others needed a bath and a more serious rehab.
They hold up well to a bath but it takes days for them to dry. I find that using Lexol conditioner keeps that shine if they are already in very good shape, but that Leather Therapy Restorer and Conditioner is the best choice for bags that are dull or scratched.
Below are links for the rehab of a Drake that got a full rehab and it came out great.
Warning! The Italian Coach bags are addictive!
Edited to add: These bags are a lot tougher than they look but don't buff an area too hard because you could lose some of the "caviar leather" pattern that was imprinted by Coach.
Forest Green Drake, before and after:
Speaking of creeds fading...mine has almost disappeared in the Rambler..its still drying but do you think it will get better or is this it for the creed? I've never had them completely disappear on all leather bags. It might be a little better once it is dry.
