I don't remember what the limit is but I think it is around 4. Years ago, I ordered some without knowing the limit, then when I tried to order more, I couldn't. I believe that most replacements are just metal hangtags that go with any bag, just match the hardware.
Another option is to get the personalized leather hangtags they stamp with whatever you want. I think the small ones are $8 and the large are $12. I don't know if you can order those but you might be able if you call a store directly. Here are some examples.

problem is the photos make her look navy...but in real life shes looks black

So hard to tell in pictures. Seems like there is no right light to show the actual color right. I went through the same thing with my post pouch. It looked navy in pics but black in person up next to other black bags. I think we will have to see the suedes compared between the two and the pictures still might not show their coloring properly.
Yea I only ordered 2-not sure what happens if I try to order anymore than that, I think they would just tell me theres a limit!

I love the personalized ones even more! A way for a fun pop of color or something pizazz for personality. I'm off to Pinterest to look for more "flair"
My goodness that's a beautiful rehab! I am very surprised at how much I like the Stewardess. It's so comfortable to carry and it holds so much.
I recently tried to order a tag and received a response that the repair department is closed due to Covid-19; let us know if you have any better luck.
My order has already been placed, Im just waiting for the email that it has shipped once their repairs department opens again. So you weren’t even able to place an order? Hm maybe they’ve completely shut down the service for now as it might cause a backlog to be taking so many orders while the department is still closed?
