Oh no. Sleeping on the couch for that bad boy!!!A rehab story,
Out to dinner
Husband: dont put your bag in the aisle, I'll hold it.
Me: no you're going to put it on the floor.
Husband: no I'll set it on my knee, its fine.
"Done with dinner"
Me: can I have my bag.
"Husband hands me my regina with greasy sauce and kimchee dripped all over the side because he is an f-n mess."
Me: REALLY!!!!
Husband: (sheepishly) sorry
So now I'm washing my regina.![]()
That's a shame! You can buy it on ebay.I e-mailed Coach regarding hardware replacements and they said they "no longer offer replacement hardware to send directly to customers." Oh well!
Wow, that is too bad!I e-mailed Coach regarding hardware replacements and they said they "no longer offer replacement hardware to send directly to customers." Oh well!

Going for the post-apocalyptic look. Very trendy. Why? Why let it get this bad? Why think $99 is the price for this?

I can’t help but wonder if it got very worn and then got left in an environment where is got super dried out. I am trying to decide if the price is ambitious or delusional . . .Why? Why let it get this bad? Why think $99 is the price for this?

So far I have dabbed them with vinegar but none have had major stains
What a gorgeous bag!
I don't think I would dunk it. I would reshape it by stuffing it with warm towels and applying a coat of Leather CPR. Let it stand for a day or two, maybe do another application of CPR. Finish with a coat of Blackrock, paying special attention to the piping.
ETA: I would just brush the suede with a suede brush or nail brush.
I wouldn't be afraid to dunk.
I have used it on british tan and tabac for minor stains, but I also use it to clean the brass so it has gotten on the leather by accident too. It can remove a bit of the color, and I dab it on not rub, but washing the bag and conditioning it also removes some color. I used it before washing when removing a stain. Somewhere in this thread is a before and after BT court bag I used it on.Thanks!
I'm assuming that you don't find vinegar takes off any of the color?
May I ask what colors of bags you've done this with?
Want to make sure I follow what you're saying correctly, and don't mess up.![]()

I'm not catbird9, but I think she meant dry towels hot from the dryer. Thanks, and I’m very curious about your towel technique!
If possible, I’d love to please ask a few things.
I’m assuming that you use wet, damp towels?
Just run them under warm water, wring them, and stuff the bag?
Use the CPR immediately, as soon as the towels are in the bag?
Would you use this to reshape a lopsided handle?
And if so, how?
(Wrap the towels around the handle? Or stuff a rolled-up towel into the loop of the top handle? Or...?)
Also, this would work for a bag that's already been rehabbed with a bath, and wasn't shaped perfectly when it was stuffed and dried? (Ahem. I'm pointing at myself.)
Also, about using a suede brush. I’ve never used one, and I should probably get one.
Would you use something like this?

When using a suede brush, you use just the brush, yes? (No cleaning product or anything?)
