Well done, beautiful patina. What conditioners did you use?

Wow, lots of conditioning! I've never used Leather Therapy, but I can see where it would be useful when a bag is that dry.Started with Leather Therapy then switched to Leather CPR, it took 7-8 coats altogether, the bag was very dry. Then one coat of Blackrocks.
If you open the return request, not as described, the seller will have to pay return shipping if she agrees or if you win. I don't see any reason you wouldn't win this easily. With ebay, the buyer is almost always right. If the transaction was international, the seller may not be able to provide the shipping label. You might have to price it and ask her to send you the money through paypal.
If she agrees without you opening a return request, insist on the shipping money ahead of time. Make sure you buy shipping that has tracking. When she receives it, if you have any trouble getting your refund, you can show the tracking to prove you shipped it back.
Not always. Sellers can set their return policy and some specify you have to pay return shipping, so if yours agrees to take it back on her own, she might want you to pay shipping. I had a seller do this to me on a vintage pin missing half it’s stones though listed as perfect. Now if the seller says no returns then you have to fight it through ebay and she will have to pay return shipping if they make her take it back. I probably could have fought having to pay for the pin since the listing was so wrong but it didn’t occur to me,
What you need to do is go into your purchase history and click the return option. Then follow the steps.
If you are in Toronto you can try Curry's, DeSerres, or any art supply store or framing supply shop. I don't think it's necessary to go acid-free as you're not storing the bag with cardboard in it. But if you want to do it it wouldn't hurt. The sheets are quite large so you can use any left overs for storing art, photos, or backing articles for framing purposes. All it does is keep things from turning yellow over time, as the ph in regular cardstock can do.
Worse was her message once she got it back. What made me look closely at it was it was missing a big center stone- saw it right out of box. She told me she had a friend look at it and the friend didn’t think the missing big stone was noticeable so she was off the hook for lying in her listing (and for not catching the other missing stones). Hopefully your return goes betterThanks!!
Sucks that a seller would do something like that. Missing half the stones, and asking you to pay return shipping. Like it's your fault. *rolls eyes*
Oh my goodness, the nerve! That's outrageous. I can totally forgive a mistake - even a big one - you don't know what's going on in someone's life. But that's calculated deception.Worse was her message once she got it back. What made me look closely at it was it was missing a big center stone- saw it right out of box. So, I rehabbed this Coach Essex for my husband. Here it is after 1 month of use - he is not careful with it at all and it has been raining nearly every day. This is not a glamour shot, no pre-photo buff or polishOh my goodness, the nerve! That's outrageous. It depends. We can probably offer more specific advice if you post a picture of the bag showing the pen marks.Does anything work on pen marks? (The bag is British Tan.)
