Nice! I love color comparisons. I know what you mean about the subtle difference between Mahogany and Burgundy.
When I came into the Ranch last year, I was so hot to use it, I skipped an app of Obenauf’s , which it could use. The edges are faded. Since I am leaning toward using lighter bags for spring, I'll put in line for a refurb.

I have a F70680 red nylon messenger bag with brown leather trim and corners. Is this one that I can put in the washer?
I would think so but there is a chance the brown leather could bleed. You might be able to test it by rubbing leather cleaner, vinegar, or conditioner on it with a cloth and seeing if any color comes off.

Wow, that's amazing. The space charm is a perfect match.

Thanks! One of the reasons I wanted to rehab this bag was because I have so many silver charms but I mostly have vintage bags with brass hardware so I don't use the silver ones much. I'm always looking for a way to make the silver ones work. I love the color this turned out to be. I guess it's light camel?

The 2000 ad for this style calls it camel. The hardware was called nickel.

Ok, kids... What do we think? I have this giant duffle (9085) that I rarely use but love. Found this sequin dino patch that I think would look amazing on it and would probably make me enjoy using it more often. What’s your opinion...yay or nay?

Kinda riffing off this 75th Anniversary Bag I saw when they did the auction:
