Another odor remover some people have recommended is activated charcoal, sold as aquarium charcoal at pet supply stores. Place it in small bowls around the bag inside the sealed container.

Drying alone won't remove existing mold spores. You have to kill the spores somehow or the mold can come back if conditions are right. Vinegar should do it.
I'd try the charcoal approach. I hate the smell of fried food in my house and recently purchased a splatter screen that has charcoal in it. I was AMAZED my house, hair and clothes did not smell like fried food. I fried some breaded eggplant. I want to try this screen with bacon to see how it does. Won't help with the mold spores but boy, the screen worked wonders!

So I am ready to rehab this soft pebbled bag. #11613 , I picked it up a year ago at a GW for 8.99. This would make a great change for spring. After I dunk it, I was going to apply Leather CPR. Thoughts from anyone who has rehabbed this soft kind of soft pebbled leather??

Ok I know nothing can be done about the scratches (right?) but seriously, would you rehab this bag?

That's a great deal. I think you could fix up the handles and clean up the lining, but I doubt you could do anything about that pitting. I've always been curious about this style but it is probably too similar to the Bleeckers I already have.
