Not really loving my anna dragonfly! she is so heavy and totally flops to the side of the tassels! using molly bag right now but the long strap is too freaking short! whine, whine whine! I am terrible!

Can you just take the tassels off? She will be lighter and not tip to one side?
The big tassels are really pretty though.
A few people have complained about the Molly straps being too short. I was thinking about getting one but I think I will try it out in the store first.

Maggie. Love the look and the idea of compartments, but just doesn't work for me at all. The straps don't stay on my shoulder no matter what I do. Different strokes b/c I see them all over the place....literally that and sophia are the most popular Coach bags I see, so Maggie must be VERY popular. Love the looks, though!

Maggie looks great, but is HORRIBLE to carry!

I bought a sophia and i go back a forth about it. It's cute bag on smaller women, but at 5'6" I sometimes feel it looks tiny on me (and that's not very tall at all). I love the functionality though. And the way it slouches with the shoulder strap--i go back and forth on that too. Sometimes i like it, sometimes i think it looks goofy. Its much cuter held as satchel.

Have you tried a large sophia? I am 5'10" and I love sophia, but would never carry the kind they make now. Too small!

Sapphire Poppy Hippie. Absolutely gorgeous bag but no depth at all. Anything you put in it makes it bulge all weird. I bought the Spotlight on ebay to replace it because I love this leather. I don't know what I'm going to do with Hippie. I paid FP for it so it cost more than the Spotlight.

I love the hippies lol. I seriously think I am the ONLY one on this site that does lol. I don't zip my bags closed usually and I really don't carry a lot so they work great for me. I have 3 right now!

Anyways to the topic of a regret, I had the embroidered Maggie and after my mom said "your Gma would love that purse" I just couldn't do it. In other colors I think it would have worked for me, but she went back. I have also bought quite a few odds and ends on eBay that I have never used and ended up refitting or selling: some wallets and an old siggy duffle. Lately siggy just isn't for me, unless its black on black and you can't really see it.

I know what you mean. I bought the bag at the outlet last spring and it was so beautiful to look at. But I couldn't get over that breakaway zipper and returned it. To expensive to just be a decoration.

So true! I saw the tip on here about adding a safety pin at the end of the zipper to help it from falling open, but on such an expensive bag, I didn't even want to try it...

I took the big tassels off --too much of a good thing for me! I bought the green strap replacement kit and use the tassels that came with that.

I"ve been wearing it crossbody and find that it's not heavy this way at all.

-i sold off a maggie because i grew out of the sateen.
-i sold a sabrina because it was too small.
-i returned an alexandra tote because it only snapped closed on top,
and i was afraid of being pick pocketed.
it was so huge anyone coulda put there arm in there with out me noticing.
-i sold a carly because of the jaquard material/logo and the strap was too short for me. it chilled in my arm pit. i hated that.

i kept a black leather lindsey and a plum patent abigail. i love theses two bags.

i've moved on to other brands for bags because i found my self *trying* to like something, so that i could use a discount. now i only use PCE's for shoes. most of the time i give them away.

I had a white Optic hobo that I was too afraid to carry because I didn't want it to get dirty.

Also had a red vintage companion flap bag that looked great on me but the opening was so narrow that it really wasn't very functional.

I sold both, and actually made a profit on the vintage bag. And I've learned a valuable lesson in what features I need in a bag.
