Coach online, seriously flawed

Agree!!!

That is what the website says!

so do you trust the website or the mailing label that clearly says what amount is going to be deducted for sending your item back using their label? it becomes a situation where you might have to 'fight' over your refund amount. ugh. they are obviously not sticking to a clear method if it says one thing on their site and another on the paperwork you receive for returns. but i don't care... i'll shop in person now at Macy's after seeing how they ship. it's very off-putting and makes me dislike aspects of the brand. no attention to detail, obviously.

You could always try being pro-active and calling the actual phone number instead of guessing and being frustrated. That's what I would do anyways, just a thought.

Good luck and let us know when you get a good resolution:yahoo:

I worked at coach up until last month and they told us that returns by mail were paid returns in the store were free. It could be something for holiday but typically that's how they have changed the return policies.

i think the wording is confusing on the returns by mail.

Because yes, shipping is free...
but the return processing fee is about $7 which is deducted... if that makes sense:p confused me too when I read it

I've returned several things by mail the past few months and have never had $7 deducted from my return. If I remember correctly, free returns seemed to kick in around the same time the full price site switched to free shipping with no minimum, and FOS free shipping bumped up from $150 to $200 for the average sale (sometimes they offer free shipping on all orders as a special).

I've ordered plenty from Coach.com and the FOS over the years, and I have always been pleased. No issues at all. I've never had to return anything and have only done two exchanges-both because my iPhone 6s Plus wouldn't fit...LOL
