That's exactly the response I got from Crystal 2 weeks ago after letting them know that both Coach keychains (one of which was sold) were fake.
The sad thing is that because TRR doesn't care, they are missing out on FREE help from those of us who are willing to share our expertise in order to keep a safe site. (Some of the authentication brands here won't help sites or sellers but the Coach authenticators will do so.)
So instead, TRR pays (?) their "team of luxury experts guided by our Director of Authentication & Brand Compliance" for what? Their lack of knowledge? The NON-expertise?
UPDATE: Previous posts were from March 28 and to date (now at 9 days), The RealReal still has NOT removed the listing of the fake Coach bag for which some poor sucker got ripped off for $55.What's even more disgusting is that it's NOT a recent thing and we're NOT the only ones who have complained. TheRealReal obviously doesn't GAS .Google "therealreal selling fakes" and check out some of the other complaints:

Seller pullinthrough (205)I've reported but ebay is ignoring me.
She must know another seller who puts his bags through multiple authentification processes that results in the posting of fakes.UPDATE: Previous posts were from March 28 and to date (now at 9 days), The RealReal still has NOT removed the listing of the fake Coach bag for which some poor sucker got ripped off for $55.
Nor have they removed the listing that ended up being sold for $50 for the fake Coach keychain.
My previous message in response to my letting TRR know about the fake keychains was from CRYSTAL at The RealReal.
My more recent message in response to my letting TRR know about the fake handbag was from LINDA Z. at The RealReal. (One must assume that based on the fact that the listings are still viewable, their "authenticity team" deemed them as genuine.
