Coach for my Ipod

Try TJMaxx. Believe it or not, I saw a few there just last week. Full size and shuffle size priced somewhere between 5.99 and 12.99. Black ones and gold ones. You gotta dig sometimes, but they're there.

Oooh, thanks! I will definitely keep an eye out! I browse in there periodically but as of last week I hadn't seen any. I mean, for that price I'd even buy a plain leather one!

the ones currently available for the video should it...I didn't think they changed any of the dimensions for the classic..just renamed it and maybe updated the technology a little.

You are correct...I just went to Mac's sight and looked up the dimensions
New iPod 80g classic - 2.4x4.1x.41
iPod 5th gen 80g - 2.4x4.1x.55

that small difference shouldn't matter...right?

Well...depends...you may want to go "try one on"..when they came out with the video cases I was concerned that hey didn't close at the top like my mini case did (wellI think it closed at the bottom but it closed). I asked about it and they said it couldnt because of the dimensions..but that they thought it was pretty snug. i have the legacy stripe case..and it was very snug to start with..but lately when I throw it in my purse the ipod will start to slide out...and if the classics are thinner (which it seems they are) this may be more of an issue.
