I was thinking maybe behind the little tea rose below the leaves there is some kind of clasp?
I played with this at the store. If you noticed the longer link which is on the left in the picture, that is used as the “key”to fit through a slot wide enough for that to fit through to unclasp the chain part. The slot is by the big tea rose. it’s hard to explain, almost like a Tetris fit.
This is a different charm, but I think the same workings as the tea rose.

Yes, the little tea rose is part of the clasp. It is like a little stopper on the end of the chain.
I think it is really pretty. I didn’t plan on buying it.....it just happened
