That's bothersome that it gets damaged so easily.
It was put into a dustbag into a gift box with no other padding so it may have bounced around. I haven't heard of anyone else having this problem with their robot. I have other enamel fobs that don't have this problem.

I didn't buy any of the neon stuff because I had heard of chipping. When I saw them in the outlet, I couldn't find one that wasn't chipped. But then last month, I found one listed that was perfect, and it was still perfect when it arrived here.
 
Does anyone know for sure if this is real fur or fake fur? The tags and stickers only say 'fur' and do not say mink or rabbit anywhere that I can find. From the photos, it doesn't look like mink......the photos kind of make it look like fake fur to me. Thanks in advance if you have any ideas.

Who won't do what? Are you saying Coach wouldn't send a damaged item? Or that they wouldn't package and protect properly?

Yes, they do send damaged items and yes, they don't always wrap properly.

I won't say it's intentional when it happens but it's careless and shouldn't happen.
 
I got my PCE order. Ms. Robot has several chips. I guess I'll have to order another one and hope it is better. It is such a hassle though.

So it isn't as easy as I thought it would be. There is a return label with a box to check that you want an exchange. I called my SA before I packed it up and she told me to use the label; they would do the exchange without charging me extra. Then she called back saying they can't do that. I have to ship it back to her store so they can do an even exchange. JAX won't do it.

Hmmmm...that's interesting. I just found a big glob of glue on the front of my metallic swagger plus scratched up feet and was going to ship it back for an exchange. I guess I will have to take it to my local boutique?
