I honestly think that the prints are subtle enough to be quite charming, subtle, ladylike, and not juvenile! They add a feminine touch without crossing the line into, say, Moschino bear-print territory.

The NYT featured the Rexy Rogue Tote 38 in their "Eight Working Totes for Fall" editorial today. It looks like they turned it around, however, to cover the moniker.

You're right...I'm probably just looking for a reason to keep my wallet in check ;)

I just ordered two customized bags from Mon Purse and now see the Rogue can be customized online too! Argh, if I get any more bags this year my DH will be  LOL

That's not a very flattering picture of the tote. The way they have it sitting has it sagging on each end.

At my outlet, the manager is actually the meanest one! I only know she's the manager because the other SAs always ask her questions they don't know the answers to. She never smiles or makes eye contact and is very terse and impolite. I have never complained to anyone at the store about bad service or their behavior. If they make a rude comment I usually just smile and uncomfortably look away. I'm afraid if I call them or complain that they will be even more mean to me and I won't be able to shop at the outlet at all out of embarrassment  I don't want to get people in trouble and I'm not looking for any gifts, I just want to be valued and to feel comfortable shopping at a store / know I can contact customer service and get the appropriate amount of help. Shopping should be enjoyable, but I feel anxious as I open the door to my outlet.

I'm so sorry to hear about your horrible experience. No one should be treated this way. If customer service is not their thing then they should move on to other endeavours. Perhaps ask to speak to the store manager and demand to speak to their seniors. Don't be afraid to demand and defend. Put them in their place, you need some respect! Go girl!

You're certainly right about them being in the wrong line of work, but unfortunately complaining directly to them would have no effect. I think the higher up the ladder the person is at my store, the meaner and worse at customer service they get. It sounds like it shouldn't be that way, but some of the younger people working by the doors are the friendliest ones. I haven't gone into the store on purpose lately and I just ended up writing to corporate about my experiences there. We'll see what happens with that, I'll keep you guys updated

I'm speechless. I don't know if it's love but definitely a different feeling. They are so beautiful, the details are amazing. The only thing is they are VERY small. My full size wallet doesn't fit in. They are numbered as well.
They are so cute!!!!
I'm sure they can fit a few more Splenda packs. Enough for the day!
Perhaps, a mini skinny or two, some lipstick and keys?
Coach is really trying to get us to skinny down on what we should all carry!

Is it just me, and or do you agree the Coach Rexy is the nicest one there?
