A new shot of this doctor bag thing. When does fall come out, typically? 
Pre-Fall will come out either May/June depending on production and/or if other designers are pushing their PF collections out early. PF tend to be the most profitable collections for fashion, so they try to let them enjoy as much shelf life as possible before they're marked down with Fall in the winter sales.
Fall will be out by the second week of September (usually paralleling NYFW).

I agree and then some. I really like this style of bag, but I do not like that it has at least 4 different colors going on there. Hopefully there will be an option for those of us that prefer just one color or perhaps one main color and an accent color.
As for the hanging items. I'd take the middle tag / key holder and remove the leather strap and put it on a ball chain so it doesn't 'drag the ground'. Then the card holder looking item would go inside the purse.

The information also lists it as having a lock and key, but the photo shows no lock or key. 
Just read the last two posts and I just went excited to bummed in less than 30 seconds. Lol.
I am excited the pre-fall items are starting to trickle in! It looks like that hobo bag was based on this one from the runway show. Who knows, a "link" version might still appear.
