Yeah I was thinking about my own wardrobe in regards to violet bags not trying to make a general statement. I'd love to see some of your outfit combos + purple bag though
I mostly dress in black and dark grey (was a total goth in high school and college). I also sometimes wear purples/teals, and the occasional leopard or snake print. Come Fall/Winter and into Spring I live in big chunky combat boots so I know my style isn't for everyone lol.

I could not rock the colour, but I definitely know people who can (and have the hair to prove it, ha ha). I totally envy people who can wear such bold colours so well, I think it looks awesome.
I currently have black hair with 1 bright purple streak lol. I always wonder how much longer I can pull off the crazy colors before I look ridiculous. But, there is a super sweet lady that works at my local pharmacy rocking purple and pink hair in her 60s! I do keep it toned down compared to my early 20s though and stick to just 1 colored streak or bottom layer. I also have been removing 1 piercing every few years lol

Sounds like me, though I'm quite a bit older than you.

Oddly enough, I could rock the bright hair, but not the bags. My hair was never all a bright color, just streaked.....though my preferred hair colors was black, mahogany or burgundy....and a lot of the time, in my teenage years to early 20's, I had a white skunk streak from my forehead all the way down my back. I mainly wore dark clothing, kinda goth (before there ever was such thing as goth), I have branched out a bit now though. I will wear some lighter colors, but nothing as bright as magenta or bright violet.

I'm waiting for this one. Every since I started buying colorful bags, my wardrobe has gotten a lot more neutral. I wear a lot of black. I could almost be a New Yorker.

Well us New Yorkers certainly live up to that reputation; my whole wardrobe used to be black and white. Even my bags were all black. But it's expanding now..slowly. Coach is helping with that the most. I have two patchwork bags now (how much more colorful can you get?) and a leopard print shoes and shawl. I also bought a flower dress, a coat that's basically a piece of art and rexy stuff which is a whole different level of whimsy! It all goes well with my rather neutral wardrobe but it's becoming more diverse and interesting :drinks:
