Weird about the quilted rogues...I only like the smaller bags being quilted. Maybe it's just a personal preference, but large quilted rogues (esp with that vertical + triangle pattern it has going) doesn't look that elegant to me. What do you guys think?
I think the triangle works better on the dinky style. It seems kind of random to only come partway up the front of the Rogue.

Let me get the apologies out of the way to anyone that owns the quilted Rogues (and I'm happy that you like them)...but since you're asking, they make me gag!! (and no spoon needed). Just like other folks may be gagging at OUR selections.

I agree, on a tiny bag or Dinky the quilting can be interesting.

This new (I think?) animated emoji is adorable!! I like how the first hurl is followed by a second mini hurl -- just like IRL!

I don't like this "quilted" look on the Rogue at all! I agree. It does look like vinyl. The leather on the original Rogues is so much richer.

I may be confusing "quilted" with "patches"....they're both mentioned on this thread -- since they both make me gag I guess I don't need to distinguish them from each other. I love having an open mind! :giggle:

Heh heh, am I talking to myself on this thread?

I was doing some pre shopping because I plan to get one brand new Coach bag this fall. I am a big eBay buyer and love Vintage too but decided it was time for something brand new.

I currently own multiple Borough bags (all time favorite!), a couple of vintage City Bags, two Edies, a few wristlets, a few cloth bags and a special pride and joy, the Hamptons 10th Anniversary all Vachetta satchel - though that one feels more like an art object than a functional bag :)

So in looking for something new to add to the collection, at first I thought I would get a Bandit. I don't like it in the store. The size and shape is somehow odd, and it looks a lot like a less defined Edie. I like the new Swaggers with the chains and the embellishments, but they are a tad heavy.I may get one though because I like the style. I am finding I really like the new fall Rogues! Great colors, seems like a very practical bag and one that would look good with charms too.

I was wondering if anyone here has thoughts on Swagger vs. Rogue?

I have 1 Swagger, burgundy/white. I love the look of it, but for some reason don't reach for it. I can't specifically say why?!
6 Rogues....they are love for me. I live the look, I'm a satchel girl at heart, with the option of shoulder bag when needed. The suede pockets are sweet!
My favorite Coach bag is a Rhyder 33 in red suede. This is, to me, close to a perfect bag.Screenshot_20170723-104924.png

Disclaimer: I do not own a Swagger. I have only "handled" one in store and a colleague of mine owns a couple so has let me try it out (so she is a great colleague!). So, I can only attest to yes, they do seem heavy.

I love love love the Rogues. I have three medium Rogues, one Rogue 25 (but getting another!)...plus two Rogue Satchels. Once I get that 25 I am "done" for Rogues but I can honestly see having these bags the rest of my life.

Speaking for the medium Rogues, I just think they are the perfect everyday/work bag. Roomy, a great mix of slouch & structure, versatility in carrying options, and high quality. I mean you can pay so much more for premium and still not get suede linings. The large side suede pockets are perfect to slip in phone, wallet, sunnies, when you are on the go.

They are heavier in hand carry, but I rarely hand carry them for more than 5 minutes from car to indoors, etc. But they do look awesome when I do! I usually use the shoulder straps where the weight basically disappears. I do not carry bags of this size crossbody, but if I did I would use a different adjustable strap (like from one of my Satchels) to do so.

Seriously, I adore the Rogues. It is hard to move out of them once I move into one.

There are some good YouTube reviews of the Rogue. Look up KiuAndChic and PlagueFox. PlagueFox also has a Swagger review I believe!

Thanks! I should have said the Rhyder is nubuck, not suede.
