These are really pretty. Are they part of the next floor set? I haven't seen these at all.
Oh dear! I was the one that said there was a regular/large black croc. Maybe I was mistaken? I knew for sure there was the mink and teal, and thought there was also the black, but maybe I misunderstood and it was the mini. I'm sorry if I got anyone's hopes up...
ABWD - I'm positive that the regular/large is $898 (at least it was a few days ago). The mini is priced at $595 so I would be very surprised if the regular/large is only a $100 more.
Is it just me or does the (large) croc Gramercy (mink and teal) look "extra" big? Maybe these are 15" wide whereas the smooth leather Gramercy bags are 13.5" (black, chalk, oxblood & red current).
Anyway, I can't wait to see details online - all this speculating is tough. Regardless, I sure hope Coach picks a store near ME to try out the lower Canadian prices - bring back normal pricing, please!!!!
They are also on Dillard's and Bloomingdales websites. I couldn't recall if they had a zip top, but the description online says they do.
Now that you mention it... they do look a bit bigger! Hmmm. I really hope that someone (maybe me!) will post pics soon.
As for pricing, I honestly think they're doing it because my store is struggling sales-wise. First they "marked down" to US pricing, and just the other day I got another email encouraging me to visit my store to view the new SV collection. I have a bad feeling that if things don't pick up soon, my store will close.
Well, it's not so much a price "drop" as it is price matching.
As I mentioned above, I think my store isn't doing so well and they're just testing the waters to see if this "promotion" makes a difference sales-wise.
And yeah, the new Canadian pricing does stink.
I'm curious about what will happen in December. I've heard that there *might* be a PCE, but also read on TPF that they might just start the SAS early (pre-Christmas). I wonder, based on sales (so far) of SV's first collection, what they'll decide to do.
Those look nice. They remind me of the Madison East/West totes from last year.
Was so hoping that the large black ranger was coming with silver hardware as it looked in the first picture, but based on the other color photos it appears it is gold. I guess the first pic only appeared silver because the photo is black and white. Will have to wait and see IRL now as I don't know about the gold with black.
I love gold hardware with black! It is a bit more blingy, but I am kinda into that right now.
With the Ranger, though, you have the chain straps so I guess it will come down to the shade of gold used.
I just looked at the stock pix...it looks like a bright gold--as opposed to the more subtle light gold.
I am really interested in seeing what the leather is like...I hope it is nice quality.
Okay, I have a peeve here...does Stuart V. have any original ideas to bring to Coach?

The bag is beautiful...but how familiar is this clasp?

Oh I see! I used to see similarities between Reed Krakoff bags from his own line vs Coach bags he was still designing. What comes to mind is the Atlantique overall shape vs Candace carryall - although everyone and their dog has produced a bag shaped similarly
I agree, but really...how many ways are there to open a turnlock? Turnlocks themselves are not new, they've been around forever with almost every brand. I guess you could say that every designer that uses turnlocks that turn to open have copied those that came before...
