This must be the first runway show a lot of people have ever seen if they are just Now talking negative about the model's looks. These are the same looks models have had on the runway for some time and it's not just Coach. It's every premier designer! Every one!

I have to agree with the majority of the comments--this ad campaign is not going to be a winner. The clothes and bags are being overlooked because of the way they have been styled!!

I have to agree too. Coach has always been an elegant, classic brand. This is NOT that. Boy, when they said they were going in a different directions, they weren't kidding. The bags themselves don't wow me, but it is hard to tell. I can't get past the models and some of the lumberjack looking outerwear. It is always hard to tell though with advertising campaigns, so I will try to be open-minded until I can see the bags in person and buy as many boroughs as possible in the meantime.

You are right. The skinny model look is all over the runway now, but I think it is all the mood that is captured in these images. A tall, emaciated model in these clothes smiling or owning them would give off a very different feel. The filters they used on these images also don't help. Really overprocessed.

Maybe this is an incredible new marketing strategy.....put out angry anorexic models looking bizarre and encourage all current Coachies to run out and buy the last of the current lines to make sure they get their bag fixes before this horrible new line hits stores....then, after all current stock is sold out, say "ha! Just kidding! HERE is our REAL new line" and it is all beautiful, classy items.....

Yes. I don't like it and it wouldn't be how I would choose to show off the bags.....I'm also not the creative director of Coach or have the resume of this man. He has talent. You just don't get this job without it.

I thought the Borough and recent Bleecker collections reflected a modern, sophisticated progression for the brand, but this Fall collection is a complete departure from Coach's classic aesthetic.

I think it's just such a shock from what we are used to seeing with regards to Coach. Previous Coach campaigns have not gone in this direction.
