Yes, it is funny, they have a few old bags on there. I am thinking this is the direction they are going since they have kept a lot of the sale items on Coach versus going to FOS reserve this year.

Do you mean the ones at retail? They might but the reserve options at the outlet online has been much less than previous years. Many of them have remained on the retail site this whole time whereas before they moved to outlet quickly. Plus the sale items start to sell as new bags come on the sale or prices go down, so they sometimes sell out on the winter sale. So there is no guarantee. It is a game of risk…lol

That's true. I was referring to earlier this year when the smaller beat bags went on sale, they also instantly hit the outlet. This time they're being a bit more stingy I'm eyeing another beat bag that's out of my budget but I'm hoping it hits the outlet or goes down a lot further before Christmas comes. You waiting on anything ?

I’m so bummed I’ve been trying to check out for about an hour but my order will not go through. I called them to try and order over the phone and my payment will not go through. I called my credit card company and they said they aren’t blocking the purchase but that the order is coming through as $0.00. I tried another card and PayPal but still won’t go through. I called Coach back and they said there isn’t a block on my account but I tried to make a purchase last month and I got the same error :sad:

The last time I ordered was September. Even though they said there is no block I think they are blocking me. The CS agent said she escalated my issue and they will review my account and get back to me via email in 72 hours.

Sorry for the word vomit lol I’m just annoyed.

Edit: the saga continues haha! I tried again but used my maiden name for the billing and got the same error. But now in my orders it looks like it may have went through with my maiden name but there’s no shipping address listed? Well I have an order number but no confirmation email yet. But my order doesn’t have a ship to address so who knows what is happening! The only thing I can think of is when I updated my last name in my account it messed everything up.

Another Edit LOL: My order under my account is listed as a “Draft Order Created” so I’m doubting it will be shipped. I’ve never seen that before.
