I just checked-- I can get into the outlet online and can also see reserve items (it's part of the menu instead of having to search for everything or missing altogether). Free shipping on all orders no minimum, some reserve items are 60% off, and I can't see any other codes for further discounts.

I'm honestly a little surprised I can get in, considering all the trouble

All the online retailers are offering deals because there's no foot traffic, but I also feel like we need to be realistic. So many people are not following social distancing or self-isolation, 15 days is going to drag out into 15 months. I imagine the online sales will have to be more enticing the longer this goes on because no one will have any place to wear or use these discretionary items in a quarantine on their own property.

I was thinking that very same thing; there are bags I'm interested in, but since I can't go out, what would be the point in purchasing a shiny new handbag? Hopefully, the sales and promotions will improve in light of this.

I’m pretty sure I saw the code you first mentioned, Savemore20, then when I read here that it wasn’t working, I looked at the most recent email I received from Coach and it said Save20. As always, it’s Coach being wonky and messing with us! :annoyed:

The feather charms are so cute, I just worry that eventually they will fray and flair out to the point they're not recognizable as feathers anymore. Do you already have any feather charms you can compare it to? I'm looking at a Dreamer, even though I told myself to step away from big bags...it's just something about the snakeskin trim and gold with grey...

I have several of the feather charms. I don't beat them up but don't baby them either. They hold up very well. Mine look new!

Not paranoid...I hear you. Any package I get goes into the garage for a 24 hour quarantine. Then I open it outside & put the box/wrappings in the garbage can. I have even been taking alcohol wipes & wiping down my mail. It's crazy & while I do think we need to take precautions, the media coverage has me spinning. I've been doing the same! I had it in my cart along with several other items and then weeded out items. I am concerned with the uncertainty in our world right now and while I want to think it will be OK, I didn't have a good experience with the last recession so can't go back there. I decided I would just order the feather and now can't! I've been trying to add it every now and then hoping to catch it when it isn't in someone's cart but it isn't working. I finally gave up a while ago. I don't have much with that hardware any way but like the ombre. I don't want ombre in a bag but don't mind the feather. Not meant to be!

I think they should just mark it as sold out! Stop the torture!
