I just called CS to see if I can order the 1941 Red rogue as a found order. Asked them to check their stock that is available for found orders and was told that there is plenty of the rogue in JAX but the store won't be able to do a found order on it. Who knows if it's true. She said that Navy Cassie is also showing up in JAX (not the Beechwood with suede bottom, I figured because it's sold out on the site right now), but that one is also not available for found order. I called my local store yesterday and asked if I come down, would I be able to order a Cassie as a found and was told yes, but they would not give me the colors. Confusing, and frustrating. But can't seem to outsmart them lol. Wouldn't it be nice to grab all those online Reserve bags at the current 70% off at the register? LOL, I guess they figured people would try...

@Saaski @coachgusttogirl for some reason the Reserve bags online are not shipped to stores and not available for order at the store either (='found order'). Store retail right now is 70% but for bags that are not on the outlet site. Those are locked down from being sold as found orders, I guess... You can still try to see which retail bags are available for a found order, but you will need a crystal ball for that lol. Nobody knows what's available, unless we hear it from each other, or just guess based on the recently discounted bags during the Coach retail store's 50% sales.
Found orders are paid for while ordering and go by whatever the sale is on retail items at that time in the store, so right now you would get it at 70% off.

Thank you for the explanation! One last question... can found orders only be applied to deleted pieces? I'm guessing so, otherwise no one would ever buy full price ever...
