I think the next step is 10% that will last until midnight. Early tomorrow Reserve will show back up. Kind of upset they didn't have it available at 5:30 this morning I was finally ready for bed a bit before 5am but decided to stay up in the off chance something special would pop up.
I think firing their web IT team is in order too. Every time they offer a lot of reserves they pre-expose them in the middle of the night and then take them back. (this happened in November too). I think an IT person at coach that can tell time would be helpful. It's easy to put that on a screening test for new hires lol. 
Received tracking number so looks like I am good to go. It was so refreshing seeing new items....
Now they just need to reopen up to everyone or at least to us

Gahhhhhhh! If that shows up at that price I’m going to have a hard time resisting... and an even harder time explaining to the husband why I spent a grand on a handbag (“Wife! We can buy an entire live, bred cow for $1k!!!” Somehow I don’t think my response of “well yes dear, but this is crocodile, they’re much more rare” is going gain much traction...).
I’m really tempted to head up to the outlet to see what FO are pricing out at right now. I’m going to be done with Coach if this all turns out to be yet another IT screw up on their end. (However, maybe the husband will think that croc Rogue is a real bargain compared to the Lindy bag that I’ve quietly requested from Hermes... )
she is logging an IT ticket - because they can internally see the coach reserve link under what's new but we can't
