The chain straps are only $15, I ordered the gold one! Does anyone have these? Are they heavy or light? Many times I've needed a chain for a small crossbody, but don't have one.

I have the gold one. It's a little heavy, but not as heavy as the FP one and just a little thinner.

Thanks, it looks pretty nice. Glad I found something to order! I also like the Halo Heart Bangle bracelet but no idea if it will fit my wrist, so may pass. Coach jewelry always looks so small to me!

I am at my outlet and the manager said they were told last week they can't do found orders till the holidays are over. I asked why and she said they don't want to mess with the quantities. is she feeding me BS? They also have zero boutique items and I was told they sold out! Ok I can believe they are sold out. I asked is they moved them to the back instead and she said nope, they have nothing!

Mine didn’t have much for deletes, but didn’t seem to have any problems with doing a found order. I’m hoping they’ll actually go through now though! The charges did get processed through our bank yesterday, but I haven’t received any kind of shipping notice. (I’m not sure if they send any tracking info for these orders though.)

Also, most companies would be thrilled to have people wanting to buy their overstock, but apparently not Coach. At least they’re not burning unsold inventory like Burberry and some of the others...

Oh bless him!!!! They really are from another planet...btw I have the green PR 25 I don't condition or clean it ( I let coach clean it ) and the rivets dont catch on anything and are robust!!! Use it its my absolute fav wee bag and I don't do small bags either my fav rogue are 36!!!!

Hi. I own the Regular Oxblood PR Rogue and Turquoise PR Rogue 25 and I have not had any issues. Those rivets do not snag on anything. I have not conditioned them, but I might let Coach do it.

Something strange is going on. My outlets used to do found orders for me all the time. Now when they try to order anything, is does not come up with the outlet price. Also, orders for some of the outlet items are being cancelled. It is so confusing and frustrating.

No, but seriously this has been happening to a lot of people and it isn’t a fair practice.

Mine also was able to do found orders. I tried for the ace color block that was on FOS, but no luck. Not a ton of deletes either. A few glovetanned rogues and a few Masons.

Mine will do them, but last time the manager spent 30 minutes on it because nothing was ringing up with discount and then 50% of the items were canceled, which took over a week for the outlet to initiate the credit. I'm honestly good ordering through full price SA at 50/20 so I can get free shipping and returns and bags that aren't beat to xxxx.

Because resellers has started using the found order technique. Not buying in bulk but often enough for them to take notice, I know in my outlet, they’re in tune to it. Some still sell but becoming hard to get orders done. I’ve only done it once months ago but one SA said something with the implication of selling it to my friends. I hope it’s just because of the busy season and not because of....

Mine will do a found order but they will NOT honor any sales or % off that may be running in the outlet (i.e. 70% off). They only will basically order it at whatever the last retail sale price is or was. Um, no thx.
I'm all for getting a good deal but I'd be lying if I said I was ok with the inconsistencies with allowing/doing them.

Is this the bag you got? I almost bought this one last month while on vacation at the Oregon coast. It was 70% off and came to $238.50. I really liked it, but didn't love it enough to spend that much, that day. It was in perfect condition and the color is beautiful.

We went to a casino and I told the machine to let me win enough to get the bag but that didn't work this time...LOL! Then I came home and researched Rogues (I don't have one) and got confused with the shoulder bags, totes and all the different releases and then gave up.

Congrats! I love the Smooth Leather Rogue. I have Colorblock Beechwood and Ivy in Smooth leather. I like them so much. I got them both from outlet.

Sounds to me like Coach is experimenting with ways to make outlets less like retail stores- having to actually come across the discounted FP item versus just searching for it and getting it at whatever outlet price, and reserving item search/transfer for FP stores. Be interested to see what the policy looks like after the holiday season.

I agree. And a little shorter. I returned my FOS one got the FP one because it’s a little longer. Otherwise I would have kept the FOS because it was less expensive
