This time of year is a GREAT time to get Proenza bags, as they have their semi annual sale, so if I buy a bag it will most likely be there. But like you said, I need another bag like a hole in the head.
I will continue to enjoy my Rogues that I already own, and check on ebay for my holy grail bags every so often. Coach really needs a new marketing department.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who sees this. Aside from me not liking the younger styles, this was also why I stopped buying coach for a while. The grey rogue I ordered on cyber mondsy went from retail $950 to retail $750. So even the full price is arbitrary it seems. The Sale price works out to be the same as I paid even though it is on deeper discount now cause I got a better rakuten cashback, 30% off the extra tag and a free USB keychain. But it's so weird that 4 days ago my bag was supposed to be $200 more retail. I think this whole fluctuation and factory outlet model is doing themselves a disservice. They will never be seen as a proper luxury line. No one will ever want to pay more than $500 for a coach bag ever again at this rate. It's not whether I can afford it, but purely principle!
I completely agree with you @sexycombover. I buy premier bags usually, and I come in and out of buying Coach, but I always leave because of the pricing games. Even though I only buy at online outlet prices now or on ebay at online outlet prices, I still get annoyed at the pricing games. I can afford premier but would never pay full price for a Coach becuase that bag's real price is not full price. The real price of ANY Coach bag is 60% off, which is what the bags go for at the outlet on most days.
ironically, my coach items yield me the best return when I resell. I'm saddest about not being able to resell my MJ bags (my previous love) for even over $100 sometimes when I paid over $500. But Coach, I can get about 80% of what I paid for it typically cause I only buy them at monster sale prices. Well. We'll see if I end up keeping this Rogue. It just shipped. I'm slightly bitter about the price drop and not sure how I'll feel when I get the bag.
They are not. I saw them in person and still on the fence. I have too many sequin pieces from Rodarte that I love. Also, considering the sequin Dinky or crossbody.
I caved and ordered the tilly out of curiosity. I really regret returning the black rodarte courier. I have the rogue, rogue 25, and 1941 clutch in sequins though. If I don't love it instantly in person I'm returning it.
The sequin regular rogue is beautiful but too intricate for my lifestyle. I'm afraid my abuse would ruin the leather sequins.
It's actually held up great!! Makes me regret returning the black rodarte courier even more, I thought it was too delicate at first. I'm selling my grey sequins courier though because I don't carry grey bags often. I really seem to prefer a black bag with the leather sequins. I carry my sequins rogues in any weather but not my python/snakeskin/haircalf rogues. While doing my last purge I actually debated between selling my black python rogue or the sequins, sequins won and stayed lol. I have a black whipstitch Rogue 36 and I just got a regular black Rogue 1st generation with the grey python handles. That's all the black I intend to purchase.
